Ive been getting new iterations of the particle sim based on the feed back I got from the last session. The two main things is the amount of density that is blocking the view of the ground and a force parallel to the ground that pushes particles from under the car to the camera.
the setup hasn’t changed too much but in order to achieve some more force latterally I added a pop attract under the car
I have also been working on a the dirt under the road for shot 2. This should give us the final layer between ballistic and continuous effects. I made demo of this early in the quarter and it is the same setup of RBDs with grains being sourced off them.
